Guide terms of use

Planning information, not a promise

Venue pages are statically generated (“SSG”) from datasets available when built. The live widget requests new results after you submit an origin. Neither is a real-time control or booking service, and a “recommended” or sorted result is a comparison aid, not personal advice or a guarantee.

Journey times are estimates and may omit queues, interchange time, roadworks, events or disruption. Timetables change. Static fares use stated assumptions and may not reflect the ticket, passenger, railcard, time or purchase channel available to you. Parking prices and availability change and a displayed car park may be full, restricted or unsuitable. Accessibility, step-free access, maps, entrances, venue details and disruption information can be incomplete or out of date.

Confirm critical details before travelling with the official venue and relevant transport operator, parking provider and booking provider, especially accessibility needs, opening/entry times, last services, restrictions, availability and total price.

Advertising, sponsorship and affiliates

Clearly labelled advertisements or sponsored placements may appear. Paid advertising does not alter route rankings or editorial recommendations unless a placement is expressly labelled as sponsored. Advertising supports the Guide but does not amount to our endorsement.

Links marked as affiliate or sponsored may earn EndMile a commission if you click or book, at no intended extra cost to you. A visible disclosure is placed beside affected calls to action.

External providers and bookings

Maps, venue, timetable, fares, routing and other material may be supplied by third parties. Links take you to sites we do not control. Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, account or other transaction is between you and that provider and is governed by its terms and privacy notice. EndMile is not the seller or agent unless a page expressly says otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may use the Guide for personal, lawful journey planning. You must not scrape or bulk extract pages or data; overload, probe, bypass rate limits or security; automate live-widget requests without permission; interfere with the service; submit unlawful or malicious content; misrepresent results; or use the Guide or its data to build a competing dataset or service. We may restrict abusive traffic.

Intellectual property

EndMile owns or licenses the Guide's software, design, writing, selection and arrangement. Venue, mapping, timetable, fare, parking, imagery and other source data remain subject to their owners' rights, licences, attribution and reuse restrictions. These terms give you no right to reproduce or commercially exploit them beyond normal use of the Guide.

Availability and changes

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may correct, update, remove, suspend or discontinue pages, live features, providers or the Guide, including for maintenance, security, legal or commercial reasons. Where reasonable, we will avoid unnecessary disruption.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing excludes or limits liability where unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, the Guide is provided for general planning guidance. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used it; for disruption, missed services, denied entry, parking unavailability, inaccurate third-party data, or third-party transactions; or for business losses arising from consumer use. You remain responsible for checking and choosing your journey.

The final limitation language and any monetary cap must be reviewed by an appropriate UK legal reviewer against EndMile's legal status, insurance and production service before launch. These terms do not reduce rights available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory law.

Law and courts

English law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, courts in the part of the UK where you live may have jurisdiction; otherwise the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your home country remain unaffected.
